Join a Journeymen Group Mentoring Circle

Boys become the best version of themselves when they have fathers and supportive male role models around them who can model healthy masculinuity.

1 in 3 young people grow up without a mentor. (Mentor National data)

We guide young men through the critical transitions of life—inviting them to ask, “what kind of man do I want to become?” and guiding them in moving from dependence to independence to interdependence. We create a space where they learn to trust themselves, rely on their community, and step into a larger purpose. Our mentors don’t provide scripted answers; they challenge, support, and walk alongside these young men as they develop the confidence and character to navigate life’s complexities. Through consistency, accountability, and brotherhood, the young men we work with ultimately develop into men of integrity who not only stand on their own but also lift others up along the way.

Process of
becoming a mentee,
explained step by step

1

Let's Connect

A parent, teacher, or trusted adult reaches out—or a young man reaches out directly. We’ll set up a brief call to get to know your family, share more about Journeymen, and explore whether the program feels like a good fit.
2

Come Experience It

We invite the young man to attend 2–3 of our group mentoring circles (called Jgroups) or a community event. This is a chance to experience the culture, meet mentors, and see if it resonates.
3

Join the Journey

If it’s a match, we’ll walk you through the simple enrollment process. From there, your son will be invited into our full circle of offerings—including rites of passage weekends, leadership opportunities, and a community that walks with him as he becomes the man he’s meant to be.
